Academic Background
His research focuses on groundwater contaminated site remediation, multi-physics coupling mechanisms, and numerical modeling of subsurface processes. He received his dual Bachelor's degrees in 2015 through a joint program between China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and University of Waterloo, and obtained his Ph.D. from Queen's University in 2023. He subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Environment, Tsinghua University, where he was supported by the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program of CPSF. In 2025, he joined the School of Resources and Environmental Engineering at Wuhan University of Science and Technology. He has published over ten papers in journals such as Journal of Hazardous Materials and Journal of Hydrology and serves as a reviewer for journals including Journal of Hazardous Materials and Journal of Contaminant Hydrology. He currently leads a Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has participated in several national-level research projects, including the National Key R&D Program of China and the intergovernmental international scientific and technological innovation cooperation program.
